Strategy
Charles teaches strategy to the Executive MBA students (with business experience and to the MSc students (who typically lack experience). 

Charles is famous for his co-authored work with John Stopford Rejuvenating the Mature Business Harvard Press. He has co-authored a new text book with Neil Thomson, University of Applied Aciences, Nurnberg. Basic Strategy in Context, available soon

Fast Growth Venturing
Charles has developed a series of mini-modules - supported by cases and notes - that explain how to grow ventures.  The topics include:

• Business Models
  
• Customer Identification
  
• Boards of Directors and Advisors
  
• Financing Growth
  

A text book is planned for 2011.

Research Training
Charles runs a series of workshops for doctoral students and post-doctoral students on research skills in management. He welcomes visitors to his courses.
